Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) teams across New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties participated in a comprehensive statewide emergency communications drill held in Dover, Delaware.
Operators tested HF and VHF simplex links, digital Winlink messaging, and backup battery power systems to ensure seamless communications during severe weather events along the Delmarva Peninsula.
